Our hand-tossed thick crust  New York style pizza is inspired by the pizza joints in Westchester County, NY where I would go as a kid. Places like Albanese’s in Eastchester, Vinnie’s in Scarsdale or the famous Sal’s in Mamaroneck were institutions among pizza lovers.
